| Good Room. excellent area near Marple Arch. Good value for the price. Friendly Staff, but do not expect them to keep their promises and agreements! They promise to call back regarding an adapter for continental plugs: never heard a sound. They promise to arrange for a taxi to the airport: It is 15 minutes late and the prices is £11 higher than agreed. We don't like to be scamed and had to make our own transport arrangement at 5 a.m., reached the aiport 20 minutes too late for check-in. |

| A very Clean Hotel with helpful staff. The room was adequate and good value for the price. | |
